These are bloody brillient, I can tell you. The Fudge one actually had me crying with laughter...and that was before I even saw the rest. Peerages, assistant secretaries and the early years are all marvelous as well. I can't tell you enough how much these have made my day.

Thank you.

Glad to be your only jig-maker.

"Clarke-Blair-Prescott: the Early Years" is my favourite.

(I have a huge schoolgirl crush on Robert Lindsay--as if it were possible not to know that after actually reading my journal--and someday look forward to seeing him play Tony Blair because that? will be bloody amusing.)

Also love "Sod the tea and sherbet lemons" and "Fred and George, by Van Dyck".

Thank you, m'dear.

Glad to oblige. It's such fun, and they make it so easy of late.

But my, does Lucius look lickable...

Yes, well.

These days the gags all but write themselves.

No! No! and No! again to Lucius Prescott! (The tag/tab things are a delight, BTW). That's just gruesome; I still fancy the bloke, for goodness sake. Lucius, that is. Hell would freeze over before the other.

*coughs delicately* The van Dyck; I always want to reach into that painting and re-locate the left shoulder of the bloke on the right. He mesmerises me; I could stare at him for hours.

Loved it! Especially the peerage one and Fudge ones. So very, very true!

Ta, love. Mooch thanks.

... As they say in Nev's countree. This is a lovely, a fertile, time for easy satire. Glad you enjoyed it.

Merci, madame.

Not that any genius is required. Just a look at the headlines in The Times, really.
