Writer's Block: Time for change
If you could ask the leader of your country anything, what would it be?
To the head of government: You're secretly Ted Sodding Heath, aren't you. WHY?

To the head of state: Ma'am, can you please keep living for at least another quarter-century? Please? Or we're stuffed, Ma'am.

In full agreement on the second, though I do like the Prince of Wales very much as a person. Most of the Commonwealth's extreme unwillingness to incur the displeasure of HM is very helpfully stabilising.

Hullo!

Re: Yes, yes, and yes.

Stop making me guffaw! It is unattractive in a woman of a certain age and likely to lead to tweed skirts and a bun! Have just sent you an email, after an unconscionable delay and many more guffaws. Alas, it is ridiculous o'clock here, so I am going to bring in the laundry and turn in. Have a marvellous one.

OH! And some genius decided to have a 'choir' sing Tie Me Kangaroo Sport at CHOGM. Thank God HM was in Melbourne. Lord knows what the DoE would have said!

Having the duke say things...

... is the fun part of these trips.

And thank you. You know why.
